What it watches
The dates that cost money when they slip.
Form 486 clock
Due 120 days after the FCDL or the service start date, whichever is later, per FRN, with the funding year and wave beside it. Overdue clocks lead the Deadline Watch so they are the first thing you see.
Last date to invoice
USAC's published invoice deadline for each FRN, and the one-time 120-day extension called out while it can still be requested, so a missed window is never a surprise.
Service delivery deadline
For Category Two equipment, the delivery deadline and the Form 500 rule: the extension is automatic when USAC issued the FCDL on or after March 1 of the funding year, and must be requested on Form 500 on or before the deadline otherwise.
Category Two budget
Your FY2026 to FY2030 budget by site: committed, pending, remaining, and USAC's own published figure when it exists. A prior-cycle remainder with an open invoice window is flagged for your review, never assumed.
SAM.gov and UEI
Whether USAC has a UEI on file for each site, whether the SAM.gov registration is active, and when it expires. Registration lapses are named plainly; renewals in progress cannot be seen and should be verified in SAM.gov.
Funding activity
New commitments, denials, and status changes the morning USAC posts them, with the committed amount and the wave. Quiet weeks say so.

Library systems
Branches, square footage, and the Tribal floor.
A library system's account lists every branch as a site, and the Category Two figures follow USAC's library rules rather than the school ones: $5.43 per square foot for FY2026 to FY2030, a per-site floor of $30,175, and a $66,385 floor for Tribal libraries. The dashboard applies the floor where USAC's data says it applies and marks the branch so you can see why the number is what it is.

A practical fit
Software that respects the line.
You keep EPC review, filing, certification, procurement decisions, and the judgment behind them. E-Rate Wave never signs in to EPC and never files on your behalf. PIA inquiries inside EPC are not visible in public data and are not monitored.
A Category Two recovery candidate is a prompt to investigate, not a promise of funding. A SAM.gov status is computed from the expiry date on file and cannot show a renewal already in progress.

I file my own Form 471. Is this for me?
Yes. The schools and libraries plan is for an applicant that files and certifies its own E-Rate forms: an independent school or library, a district, or a library system. You get the same monitoring engine consulting firms use, with the pages, documents, and Monday email written to you rather than to a firm about its clients.
Do I need to give you my EPC login?
No. E-Rate Wave reads USAC Open Data, the public source EPC reporting draws from. It never signs in to EPC, never files anything, and needs only your Billed Entity Number to start watching your FRNs.
Does the plan include E-Rate consulting?
No. It is software: monitoring, deadlines, C2 budget figures, SAM.gov and UEI status, documents, and alerts, with guided onboarding. You keep procurement decisions, form certification, and every filing. Hands-on consulting is a separate service.
Is it one building or the whole district?
One billed entity with up to 10 schools or library branches on the account. An independent school or library can be its own applicant; schools and branches within a district or library system roll up under the parent. Larger districts, library systems, and consortia receive custom pricing.
What does a library system see that a district does not?
Every branch is a site on your account, and the Category Two figures follow USAC's library rules: square footage rather than enrollment, the per-site floor, and the higher floor for Tribal libraries, which the dashboard flags on the branch it applies to.
Where does the data come from, and how often?
USAC Open Data, checked six times a day on a fixed schedule. Source publication, sync completion, and delivery affect when an update reaches you. PIA inquiries inside EPC are not visible in public data and are not monitored.
