Privacy Policy
E-Rate Wave is operated by Daedalus Freight, LLC, d/b/a E-Rate Wave, Jacksonville, Florida. This page says what we collect, why, who sees it, and how long we keep it. We do not sell personal information.
1. Visitors to eratewave.com
- Page-view analytics. When you load a page we record the page, the time, your browser type, the referring page, your language setting, and the approximate location (country, region, city) and network provider that Cloudflare reports. We do not store your IP address; instead we store a one-way hash of it that changes every day, so visits can be counted but not traced back to you. These records are kept for 90 days and then expire automatically.
- Free FRN lookup. Lookups are logged the same way (FRN searched, time, hashed visitor) so we can see how the tool is used. FRN data itself is public USAC Open Data.
- Email updates. If you join the update list we store the email address you give us until you ask to be removed — reply to any message or email us and we will take you off the list.
- Cookies. We set no tracking cookies and load no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
2. Customers
When you subscribe we collect and keep:
- Account details — your name, firm, email, and phone, so we can run your account and reach you.
- Your applicant list — the billed entities (BENs) you ask us to monitor. Everything we report about those applicants comes from USAC Open Data, which is public.
- Generated documents — letters, agreements, and calendars produced from your data, so you can download them.
- Billing — handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, the last four digits of your card, and payment history. We never see or store full card numbers.
We never collect EPC credentials and do not access EPC on your behalf.
3. Who we share it with
- Stripe for payments (Stripe privacy policy).
- Cloudflare hosts the website and the analytics store described above.
- Railway and Airtable run the monitoring service and hold the applicant lists and dashboards. If you chose to integrate with your own Airtable base, that data lives in your Airtable account under your terms with Airtable.
- Email delivery providers send alerts and updates.
These providers process data only to deliver the service. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share customer data with other customers. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
- Website analytics: 90 days.
- Email-update list: until you unsubscribe.
- Customer account data, applicant lists, and generated documents: for the life of your subscription plus 30 days, during which you can export them; then deleted.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
5. Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from anything. We will respond within two business days.
6. Security
We use reasonable industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access limited to the people who run the service, and no storage of card numbers or EPC credentials. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data we will tell you promptly.
7. Children
eratewave.com is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will email customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.
